Join NYCETC for an afternoon about making arts and culture careers more accessible and sustainable for more New Yorkers. We’ll kick off with an engaging panel on creating unionized career pathways in arts & culture, featuring NYCETC members Reel Works and Roundabout Theatre Company. Then, attendees will get a chance to network and discuss some of the challenges and opportunities they’re seeing in the arts & culture field. We’ll close out with a fireside chat with NYCETC member Little Island on their approach to workforce development in the arts & culture sector and equipping their program alums with durable and transferable skills.
