Our final session “Industry Needs: The State of Manhattan” included an update from local business leaders on their respective communities and strategies being undertaken to keep businesses open and workers employed. Speakers included Melva M. Miller, CEO of the Association for a Better New York; James Parrott, Director of Economic and Fiscal Policies at Center for New York City Affairs at The New School; Merrill Pond, Executive Vice President of the Partnership for NYC; and Jessica Walker, President and CEO at the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce.
