Our third session “Industry Needs: The State of the Bronx” included an update from local business leaders on their respective communities and strategies being undertaken to keep businesses open and workers employed. Speakers included Marlene Cintron, President of Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation; L.K. Moe, Assistant Director for the Covid-19 Recovery Project, Center for New York City Affairs; Lisa Sorin, President of the Bronx Chamber of Commerce; Dr. Edward Summers, President and CEO at The Thinkubator; and Jennifer Tausig, Executive Director at the NYC BID Association & Jerome Gun Hill BID.
