The Workforce Benchmarking Network (WBN) NYC Cohort Peer Forum on Employer Engagement convenes 17 NYC workforce development organizations for a collaborative learning session focused on strengthening employer partnerships and improving long-term participant outcomes.
As part of the 2026–2027 WBN NYC Cohort led by the Corporation for a Skilled Workforce in partnership with the New York City Employment and Training Coalition, participants will engage in peer learning, strategy sharing, and continuous improvement practices designed to better align workforce programming with employer and industry needs.
